As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our sales and marketing team to ensure that our activities are executed effectively. Your primary focus will be on driving progress in our sales pipeline by reaching out to prospects across different channels, but you will also play a key role in creating and implementing new campaigns with our marketing team, based on your in-depth understanding of our sales pipeline. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business, by identifying and developing growth channels, testing new approaches to capture existing demand, and driving the efficacy of marketing activities. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you analyze marketing data and user feedback to shape our future marketing and sales strategies.

What will you do? 

As a Sales and Marketing Associate at ChronosHub, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. By joining our commercial team, you will be fully engaged in all aspects of our commercial activities and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the company. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Identifying and leveraging new channels to drive growth. 
  • Independently conducting qualification and discovery calls to assess and qualify potential leads for the Sales Development team. 
  • Proposing and implementing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share ideas, insights, and results to drive efficacy of marketing activities like content development and optimization, advertising, and content for our webinars. 
  • Developing and executing both online and offline campaigns to drive traffic to our digital channels. 
  • Optimize landing pages on our website for higher conversion. 
  • Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, and branding activities online and at conferences to help drive traffic to our digital channels. 
  • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback from campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to help shape future marketing and sales strategies. 

Key requirements we’re looking for

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience from a similar role.  
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and can leverage data, metrics, analytics, and user behavior to generate creative ideas. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to initiate contact with prospects across different channels and offer a great first impression of ChronosHub.
