We’re looking for an experienced Technical Support Agent – English speaking who will be ready to engage with our customers and users on our platform. We’re looking for a person who can be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, drive customer and user interactions, and help assess how and when issues must be solved.

This is a cross-functional role that’ll work closely with everyone in the technical teams and with our customer care team to help serve our customers in the best possible way.

Who we are

We’re a fast-growing tech company serving customers and users all over the world. Research is fundamental to humanity, and we think of our platform as a critical enabler of future research. Our platform offers core business services for publishers, institutions, funders, and researchers. Our mission is to promote Open Science and maximize automation to let researchers focus their time on research.

Founded in 2017, ChronosHub deals with the complex space of research funding, publishing workflows, payments, and output tracking. The ecosystem is highly fragmented and, in many ways, dominated by old legacy systems. ChronosHub was designed to challenge the current state and bring new tools and features to life, simplifying the process for everyone involved.

We’re startup with all it entails – a young environment, flat organizational structure, foosball table, freedom and flexibility, ups and downs, but most importantly, we learn, evolve and so far, succeed.
