Are you a creative and talented student passionate about design and content creation? Do you want to be part of a purpose-driven company running a platform that supports researchers, institutions, publishers, and funders? If so, we’re looking for you!

Who we are

We're a fast-growing tech company serving customers and users worldwide. Research is fundamental to humanity, and we consider our platform a critical enabler of future research. We take pride in our tech capabilities and enjoy launching new groundbreaking features. And that's why we need you!

Founded in 2017, ChronosHub deals with the complex space of research funding, publishing workflows, payments, and output tracking. The ecosystem is highly fragmented and, in many ways, dominated by legacy systems. ChronosHub was designed to challenge the current state and bring new tools and features to life, simplifying the process for everyone involved.

We're a start-up with all that entails—a young environment, flat organizational structure, foosball table, freedom, flexibility, ups and downs, but most importantly, we learn, evolve, and succeed.

ChronosHub is seeking a Student Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As a Student Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to shape our company's communication and visual content and significantly impact open-access management.

What will you do?

You will become part of the commercial team working on branding and visuals for marketing and communication. Occasionally, you’ll be a sparring partner for our UXer working on designing the ChronosHub platform. You’ll drive the following tasks.

  • Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media, website, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop compelling graphics to support the brand identity of ChronosHub.
  • Support the development of PowerPoint presentations for external use.
  • Create infographics based on data.
  • Design and set up brochures, stickers, flyers, pdf guides, and other marketing material.

Preferred skillset

We value raw, natural talent much more than having the ‘right’ degree—in other words, don’t be discouraged from applying for this position if you’re in a different field of education.

We are looking for the following:

  • Currently enrolled as a student with at least 1-2 years left in a relevant education program.
  • Ability to create visual assets.
  • A passion for content creation, including graphic design.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage small projects.
  • Experience with the design of PowerPoint presentations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Video editing skills are an advantage but not a requirement.

It is a paid position, and we offer flexible working hours to accommodate your studies.

Where you will work

You will work from our headquarter in central Copenhagen.

Do you see yourself in this position?

If so, you're good at your job, so we know you have many choices about where to work. In addition to great colleagues, a fun environment, and exciting everyday challenges, we offer private health insurance, a pension plan, lunch arrangements, a 24/7 snack bar, and social events.
