ChronosHub is the leading open-access management platform streamlining data and simplifying communication flows for customers worldwide. We have a classic start-up mentality with all this entails – a young environment, flat organizational structure, foosball table, enormous flexibility, ups and downs, but most importantly, we learn and evolve.

You will work from our headquarter in central Copenhagen.

Preferred skillset

What you'll be doing
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and is ready to take ownership – and grow with us. In the beginning, you’ll focus on building solid foundations, while helping us scale in a smart and people-centric way. Over time, the scope will evolve with the company.

Build our HR foundation

  • Lead the implementation and act as the system owner for our new HRIS (Humaans)
  • Establish scalable and compliant HR processes and policies
  • Maintain and build on our employee handbook and internal policies
  • Support leadership with HR strategy and data-driven people decisions

 

Drive recruitment & onboarding

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and hiring plans
  • Design and run a best-in-class onboarding experience

 

Shape our culture, wellbeing & engagement

  • Be a culture champion – you help make sure our values are lived day-to-day
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and regular pulse surveys
  • Drive wellbeing efforts and support a healthy work environment

 

Support performance & development

  • Help define and run performance review processes and feedback cycles
  • Work with managers to shape career paths and define salary bands
  • Identify training needs and lead development initiatives

 

Run daily HR operations & ensure compliance

  • Ensure HR compliance with Danish labor law and other jurisdictions for our remote employees (currently 3 minor remote locations)
  • Manage contracts, documentation, and offboarding processes
  • Handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and care

 

Boost our employer brand

  • Work with Marketing & Communication to promote ChronosHub as a great place to work
  • Strengthen our external HR and employer brand presence


You’ll thrive in this role if you…

  • Have HR experience, ideally from a fast-growing tech company or scale-up
  • Know your way around Danish employment law and compliance
  • Have experience setting up HR processes and systems
  • Are structured, proactive, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Enjoy partnering with leaders and employees across all levels
  • Communicate fluently in English – Danish is a plus, but not required
  • Are excited about growing your role as the company grows

Bonus points for...

  • Experience supporting international or remote teams
  • A passion for people, culture, and building inclusive workplaces
  • Familiarity with tools like Humaans, Payroll systems, or recruitment platforms
