Product Manager

We are in search of a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our tech landscape and delivering exceptional user experiences. Founded in 2017, ChronosHub deals with the complex space of research funding, publishing workflows, payments, and output tracking. The ecosystem is highly fragmented and, in many ways, dominated by old legacy systems. What will you do?

As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in driving our product vision and prioritizing our initiatives to accelerate customer and user growth. Your contributions will directly impact our business growth, making this role an exciting opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:

Shape the Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear, compelling product strategy that aligns with ChronosHub’s goals.
Lead Market Analysis: Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring readiness for market and maximizing customer value.
Strengthen Customer Communication: Build strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and consistently exceed expectations.
Align Stakeholders: Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to define product requirements and bridge communication between departments.
Support Go-to-Market Efforts: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and demonstrate value.
Monitor Success Metrics: Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance, user engagement, and workflow impact.

As the first Product Manager in ChronosHub building the Product Management function will be a big part of your job. You will be a key person in ensuring our future success by strengthening our product proposition, bridging between customers, commercial and engineering, and ensuring investments in the right initiatives.

Key Requirement

Experience: A Product Manager with 5+ years of professional experience.

Ability to transform customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies.
A data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to guide product decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize user experiences.
Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
Fluency in English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for customers and stakeholders.
