Where you will work

This role offers the possibility of working fully remotely, or from our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Preferred skillset

Drive new sales to publishers 

  • Own the full sales cycle for new publisher clients, from outreach to close. 
  • Focus on understanding customer challenges, aligning our solution to their goals and business outcomes.  
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs. 
  • Build strong relationships across both operational teams and C-level decision-makers. 
  • Represent ChronosHub at various industry events and trade shows.  
  • Competitor knowledge: Stay updated on our competitors' activities and their strengths and weaknesses. 

 

Manage & grow existing accounts 

  • Account management: Manage existing customer accounts and escalate issues to other colleagues when necessary. 
  • Ensure ongoing customer success, usage, and satisfaction while identifying upsell and renewal opportunities. 
  • Partner with our product, customer care, and delivery teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. 

 

Be a strategic team member 

  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine go-to-market messaging and campaigns. 
  • Feed customer insights back to our product team to help define the roadmap. 
  • Liaise with internal teams about advanced technical questions and support, development requirements, and change requests. 

 

What you bring 

  • Several years of B2B sales, account management, or customer success experience in a SaaS. 
  • A consultative, problem-first mindset with a focus on long-term value creation. 
  • Experience of working with complex stakeholders and multiple decision-makers, including C-suite. 
  • Confident in giving presentations and online demos. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Experience working in scholarly publishing as well as familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks is a plus. 
  • Fluent in English.
