ChronosHub Partners With the Center for Open Science, PsyArXiv, and the American Psychological Association to Pilot In-App Journal Submission Workflow for PsyArXiv Members

ChronosHub is proud to announce a collaboration with the Center for Open Science (COS), PsyArXiv, and the American Psychological Association (APA) to launch an APA journal submission portal for members of PsyArXiv, an Open Access digital repository for preprints of psychological research.

The integration will allow PsyArxiv authors and contributors a streamlined workflow for submitting and transferring their preprints to ChronosHub directly to a list of seven APA-published journals.

About PsyArXiv

PsyArXiv is an open access digital repository for preprints of psychological research. The service is owned by the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science (SIPS) and maintained by a team of dedicated volunteers from all career stages. PsyArXiv is hosted on the infrastructure of the Center for Open Science and the Open Science Framework. Plans for the service were conceived at the inaugural meeting SIPS in 2016. Since its official launch in December 2016, PsyArXiv has seen a dramatic growth in use, now hosting over 10,000 papers (as of June, 2020). From January 2019 to May 2020, monthly site downloads have increased by over 600% (from about 50,000 to over 300,000 ).
