Delivery Manager
As Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver our products to new customers, ensuring our team is on track to meet committed targets.

Founded in 2017, ChronosHub deals with the complex space of research funding, publishing workflows, payments, and output tracking. The ecosystem is highly fragmented and, in many ways, dominated by legacy systems. ChronosHub was designed to challenge the current state and bring new tools and features to life, simplifying the process for everyone involved.

What you’ll do
As Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver our products to new customers, ensuring our team is on track to meet committed targets. You’ll lead efforts to scope out new delivery projects, create and track project plans, support resource planning, and serve as point-of-contact for customers and team leads. You’ll make it your mission to remove obstacles for the team, making sure nothing stands in our way of succeeding.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have the following skills:
- Project Management: You’re skilled at creating comprehensive project plans, defining project scopes, setting timelines in collaboration with other teams, and managing project resources.
- Communications: You excel in verbal and written communication, effectively managing stakeholder comms at all levels. You actively listen to understand the needs of customers and translate these needs into meaningful inputs for product and engineering teams.
- Team Coordination: You thrive working on cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions, planning workshops and customer meetings, and supporting overall team alignment.
- Adaptability: You embrace change and different ways of working, readily flexing to accommodate shifting project requirements and diverse team needs.
- Risk Management: You have a sharp eye for potential risks to delivery targets and proactively take steps to mitigate or address them.
- Customer relationship management: You’re comfortable being the face of ChronosHub to paying customers — building trust and managing expectations with professionalism. You understand that delivery success isn’t just about hitting milestones; it’s about how the customer feels throughout the process.
- Proven track record: You have 5+ years of experience working in a B2B software environment, ideally in a customer-facing delivery role.

This role is based in our headquarters in Vesterbro, Copenhagen.
