We are in search of a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. Founded in 2017, ChronosHub deals with the complex space of research funding, publishing workflows, payments, and output tracking. The ecosystem is highly fragmented and, in many ways, dominated by old legacy systems. ChronosHub was designed to challenge the current state and bring new tools and features to life, simplifying the process for everyone involved.

What will you do?

 

 

As a key member of our commercial team, you will play an important role in driving our commercial activities and accelerating customer and user growth. Your contributions will directly impact our business growth, making this role an exciting opportunity. You'll contribute to the following: 

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns. You will be at the forefront of our marketing strategies and branding activities, both online and at conferences, with the aim of driving traffic to our digital channels.
  • Analyze marketing data and user feedback, drawing insights from campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic.
  • Suggest innovative initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads while experimenting with new approaches to capture existing demand. This will involve testing and implementing creative ideas.
  • Provide input and expertise to enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities, such as content development and integrations. 
  • Planning, organizing, and executing various events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, or corporate parties. This involves coordinating logistics, managing budgets, securing venues, arranging audiovisual equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Managing the ordering, inventory, and distribution of promotional merchandise, such as branded merchandise and giveaways. It also includes researching suppliers, negotiating pricing, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

We seek a motivated individual who can effectively execute marketing campaigns, analyze data, and contribute innovative ideas to help drive our business forward.

 

Key Requirement

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience from a similar role.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and can leverage data, metrics, analytics, and user behavior to generate creative ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to initiate contact with prospects across different channels and offer a great first impression of ChronosHub.
  • Experience with ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar 
  • Experience with Pipedrive is a plus.

You will work from our headquarter in central Copenhagen.
