ChronosHub is the leading open-access management platform streamlining data and simplifying communication flows for customers and users worldwide. We have a classic start-up mentality with all this entails – a very dedicated and passionate team, flat organizational structure, foosball table, flexibility, ups and downs, but most importantly, we learn and evolve, as we grow our business and teams. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented User Interface (UI) Designer with a passion for user experience to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
As a UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform and digital products. You will collaborate closely with our lead UX Designer and our product managers, front- and backend developers, and commercial teams, to ensure that our offerings are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful for users. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our customers and users and the overall success of our platform.
We expect that you’ll be able to create designs that are detail-oriented, pattern-seeking, and intentional. You’ll help ensure that every minor aspect of the design is considered and applied with precision, and that all aspects of the design work harmoniously together.
Our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also backed by data and sound reasoning. You’ll be engaged in collecting the relevant data and refine our methods when necessary to optimize our designs and workflows. Additionally, you expect that you’ll be able to apply accurate data analysis techniques to ensure that insights are derived from a solid foundation. This will help ensure that you interpret data logically and draw sensible conclusions that inform your design decisions.
We expect that you’ll be able to work closely with our product and technical teams to align design strategies with overall business goals. You will participate in one-on-one meetings, stand-ups, and planning sessions to contribute to the successful delivery of our product roadmap.
We believe in designing outside-in, so you’ll engage directly with customers and users to gather feedback, understand needs, and refine designs based on real-world usage. Your insights will be critical in shaping our user experience and ensuring that our platform and products meet and exceed customer expectations.
We are looking for someone who is interested in an onsite position in Copenhagen, Denmark and you’ll report to our lead User Experience Designer.
You’ll work at the headquarter in central Copenhagen, Denmark and business trips may also be required from time to time to join customer and user sessions.
If you are a passionate UI Designer who thrives in a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
